My name is Guilherme Mourão and I’m a dentist since 2021. I completed my master’s degree at Faculdade de Medicina Dentária na Universidade do Porto (FMDUP). I realized early that this was the area I wanted to pursue. Being an ethical and qualified dentist has always driven my interests. When I finished my master’s degree, I took the RPCendo endodontics course, but I quickly realized, through my clinical practice, that it was surgery and oral rehabilitation that fascinated me. So, since then, I have dedicated myself to deepening my knowledge in this area, having attended the Specialization in Advanced Surgical Techniques in Oral Surgery at Faculdade de La Habana, in Cuba, and the Modular Course in Implantology and Oral Rehabilitation at Sorriso Natural, in Porto. In the future, my want is to dedicate myself exclusively to these areas. The impact they have on a patient’s quality of life, both aesthetically and functionally, makes me very passionate and eager to make such an impact on the lives of everyone who comes to visit us. It was at the beginning of 2024 that I proudly joined the clinical staff of Clínica D’Avenida, where I intend to grow and evolve surrounded by a team of highly qualified professionals. My free time is dedicated to travel, friends and sport, both on the paddle tennis courts and the go-kart tracks!
