My name is Ariana Silva, I am an oral hygienist, graduated from FMDUL – Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Lisbon, in 2016. I started clinical practice in that same year, integrating the oral hygiene and periodontology department.

I continue my training by attending theoretical and theoretical-practical courses, mobilising up-to-date knowledge into daily clinical practice. I opt for a preventive approach, highlighting the promotion of oral health combined with a healthy lifestyle.
