My name is Patrícia Pereira, and although I grew up in a family of dentists, I decided to start my career in the world of Pharmaceutical Sciences. However, my pride in this clinic spoke louder, directing my path towards its organisational and human resources management. It was in this sense that, in 2011, I began the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and that I later decided to pursue dentistry, graduating in 2015 at the Instituto Superior de Ciências de Saúde do Norte. My path became richer when in June of that same year I headed to New York to attend graduate school in orthodontics at New York University. After a year I joined the team at Clinica Dentária D’avenida de Gaia as head of the Orthodontics department. Personally, I am passionate about my family and travelling. I haven’t seen the whole world yet, but it’s on my list.
